Effective Date: 2026/11/1
These guidelines apply to AI glasses, camera glasses, sport glasses, smartwatches, and related wearables sold by Ai Glasses. Features and safety requirements vary by model. Read the supplied instructions before use; this page supplements those instructions.
1. Safe Use
- Stay aware of your surroundings. Avoid using screens, cameras, voice controls, or audio when they could distract you from driving, cycling, or operating machinery.
- Keep audio at a comfortable volume and take regular breaks.
- Smart glasses are not protective eyewear unless specifically certified for that purpose. Never look directly at the sun through the lenses.
- Keep devices, batteries, cables, and small accessories away from young children and pets.
2. Charging and Battery Safety
Use the supplied charging accessories or compatible replacements meeting the manufacturer’s specifications. Charge on a dry, stable, ventilated surface, away from bedding, liquids, and heat.
Do not charge wet devices or use damaged cables, chargers, or charging contacts. Do not puncture, crush, short-circuit, or expose batteries to fire. Have built-in batteries serviced by a qualified technician.
Stop using and charging a device if it becomes unusually hot, swells, leaks, smells unusual, or shows damage. Contact us for guidance. If it smokes or catches fire, move away and contact local emergency services.
3. Water and Temperature
Water resistance varies by model, can decrease over time, and does not mean a device is suitable for swimming or diving.
Follow the stated water-resistance limits. Avoid hot showers, saunas, high-pressure water, and immersion unless expressly permitted. Dry the device and charging contacts completely before charging.
Use and store products within their specified temperature ranges. Avoid direct sunlight, parked vehicles, and other sources of excessive heat.
4. Cleaning and Storage
Turn off and unplug the device before cleaning. Use a clean, soft microfiber cloth for lenses, camera surfaces, and screens.
Use liquids or cleaning products only as permitted by the model’s instructions. Avoid abrasive materials, solvents, and spraying liquid directly onto the device. Do not insert sharp objects into openings.
Keep charging contacts clean and dry. Store products in a protective case or dry location, away from pressure and impact.
5. Comfort and Health
Wear devices securely without excessive pressure. Keep skin-contact surfaces clean and dry, and take breaks during extended wear. Stop wearing the device if irritation or discomfort develops; seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
Some products contain magnets or wireless components that may interfere with implanted medical devices. Follow your medical-device manufacturer’s separation guidance.
Unless specifically identified as a certified medical device, health and fitness features are intended for general wellness. Do not rely on them for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency assistance.
6. Recording and Software
Respect others’ privacy, obtain recording permission where required, and follow restrictions in private or sensitive locations. Do not cover or disable recording indicators.
Install updates from official sources and review app permissions. AI answers, translations, and navigation information may be inaccurate; verify information before acting on it.
7. Repairs, Disposal, and Support
Stop using damaged products and contact us for repair guidance. Dispose of electronics and batteries through appropriate local collection facilities, rather than household waste.
These guidelines do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
