This policy applies to consumer purchases made directly from Ai Glasses at chinaaiglasses.com.

1. Cancellations and Returns

To cancel an order before dispatch, contact [email protected] promptly. If your order has already shipped, the return process below applies.

For change-of-mind returns, notify us within 14 calendar days after delivery, then send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us. No reason is required. If an order arrives in separate deliveries, the notification period starts after you receive the final item.

2. Return Conditions

You may inspect products as you would in a shop. Return all included accessories and use protective packaging. Original packaging is helpful but is not required to exercise statutory rights.

Where legally permitted, we may deduct an amount reflecting loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Clearly personalized or custom-made goods are excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. This does not affect rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

3. How to Return an Item

4. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return shipping costs where disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. International return postage may be higher than domestic postage.

For faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items, we cover necessary return costs where required by law. Contact us so we can arrange a suitable return method.

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly with details of the issue. Photos or videos can help, but are not a condition of exercising statutory rights.

6. Refunds

For eligible change-of-mind returns, we refund the product price and standard outbound delivery charge. Additional charges for premium delivery are not refundable unless required by law.

Refunds are issued without undue delay and within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Any earlier statutory deadline takes priority.

We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund processing fee. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
